How do I make the most of my membership with Resort World Pass?
Please have a few different options in mind when you start the reservation process. It’s also best to book your reservation as far in advance as possible so you’ll have the widest range of options. If your Membership allows you to make multiple reservations, you can use them at different resorts and/or on different dates during the current use year. It’s that Easy!
What if I don’t find the destination or the dates available that I’m looking for?
In the event that you don’t immediately find what you are looking for through our search engine, please contact member services and one of our experienced counselors will assist you personally. It is that Easy!
Can I request a specific unit or room type?
Yes! You may request the unit size that fits your needs. Whether you need a studio, one bedroom, or up to three bedroom unit, your Resort World Pass membership gives you all of the options. It is that Easy!
What is the cancellation policy for reservations and when can I cancel my reservation without penalty?
Cancellations may be made up to 30 days prior to the confirmed check in date without penalty. If you make a cancellation between 30 days and 24 hours prior to the check in date you will be charged a $100 USD penalty. It’s that Easy!
Do I need any documents to check in?
Yes: please bring your printed Resort World Pass reservation confirmation, which you will receive after your reservation is confirmed, a credit card for incidental charges, and a valid photo ID. And, bring your smile. It’s that Easy!
